If you wish, we can share information about new bookings with you in real time so you know exactly how much you are earning and when. 

Guest Experience and 24/7 Support

Let us take care of all the tasks related to accommodation, including managing reservations, answering guests ’questions and identifying guests. We will guide guests with directions and use of the property and will answer any questions guests may have prior to arrival. If problems occur, you will be notified and we will resolve them without delay, whatever the problem.

Digital Guidebook

The digital guidebook contains all the information guests need about the property and the surrounding area. The guide covers, among other things, the destination’s rules, arrival instructions, check-in matters and instructions for using the facilities found at the destination. Google integration makes it easy to recommend activities and restaurants to your guests, and share your best tips on the region’s secret gems. Guests will appreciate the ease of service and get better reviews and more bookings.

Monitoring Noise, Temperature and Humidity

As part of our service, we install a noise, temperature, humidity and movement monitoring device on the property. It allows us, between regular cleanings and inspections, to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, that the heating is used efficiently and that everything is in order.

Dynamic Pricing

To get the best possible return on your property, we use dynamic pricing based on the occupancy rate of your property and the high season of the property and its surroundings, as well as current trends in the tourism industry.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are currently only managing properties within a two-hour drive from Helsinki in order to maintain our standards and high level of service. There are however some exceptions, so do not hesitate to get in touch even if you are further away.

We specialise in high end leisure properties with a minimum of two bedrooms, but usually three or more. We are also keen on listing interesting and unique spaces. If you are unsure of whether your property matches our criteria, please get in touch.

In case an issue arises, we take action to repair the matter. All guests are required to provide identification, sign terms and conditions and pay a security deposit before their stay. Any damages are deducted directly from the security deposit.

If there is a problem, we will resolve it. After all, the property must remain in hotel standard condition for us to stay in business. Therefore, rest assured knowing that your property is carefully looked after by us.
