We are currently only managing properties within a two-hour drive from Helsinki in order to maintain our standards and high level of service. There are however some exceptions, so do not hesitate to get in touch even if you are further away.
We specialise in high end leisure properties with a minimum of two bedrooms, but usually three or more. We are also keen on listing interesting and unique spaces. If you are unsure of whether your property matches our criteria, please get in touch.
In case an issue arises, we take action to repair the matter. All guests are required to provide identification, sign terms and conditions and pay a security deposit before their stay. Any damages are deducted directly from the security deposit.
If there is a problem, we will resolve it. After all, the property must remain in hotel standard condition for us to stay in business. Therefore, rest assured knowing that your property is carefully looked after by us.
