Guests have private access to the entire lake house and main home as well as the private outdoor areas including the pier, glass conservatory and the landscaped gardens.
There is access to free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Guests are also welcome to use the rowboat, fishing equipment, Kayaks, SUPS, trampoline, the gas BBQ and fire pit.
We strive to make sure your time at the lake house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.
The lake house is located right on the waterfront in beautiful Lempäälä along a quiet street giving you an idyllic place to relax and unwind.
There is a small supermarket just 300m away where you can stock up on supplies for your stay or drive 1/1.5kms into town where there are several large supermarkets.
Walk just 10 minutes to Kahvila Siiri right on the coast where you can enjoy light lunches and fresh home baked delicacies – a favourite place for locals.
For something a little bigger, Ideapark Lempäälä is a huge shopping centre just 10 minutes from the lake house that features over 150 shops and 20 restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. They also hold seasonal events throughout the year with something fun for the whole family to come and enjoy as well as a year-round entertainment centre.
There are also many padel and tennis courts just 2kms away near ideapark along with skiing and a frisbee golf course or if you want to play some real golf, there is a great course in Vaihmala just 2kms away.
In Hakkari there is frisbeegolf, skiing tracks and nature trails
The lake and the adjacent rapids are popular among fishermen with good fishing from the boat and also from the shore if you don’t want to get your feet wet. There are also some popular river fishing spots within 1-2 km along the shoreline.
The Birgita hiking trail and the Lempäälän canoeing trail pass by the house and in winter there is a very nice sled hill 1km away by the church.
The best way to get around is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of parking in the city.
There is a bus stop just 50m from the house which takes roughly 30-40 mins to get to Tampere and only 10 minutes to Ideapark.
You can also take a train with a station 1.2km away that takes around 10 minutes to arrive in Tampere.
